Prof. Dr. Aqeel Sarhan Mohammed, President of Sawa University, in collaboration with Mr. Haider Salah Katea, College of Law, Al-Qadisiyah University, published recently a book entitled: Explanation of the Private Higher Education Law No. (25) of 2016: A Comparative Study with the Private Universities Law in the Kurdistan Region No. (2) of 2013"
