As part of the educational and practical activities for fourth-year students (evening program) on Monday, October 26, 2026, a practical training session was conducted on the Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP) test. The session covered the laboratory procedures for the assay, identified the primary tissues and organs where this enzyme is found, and explained its physiological role—specifically its significance in assessing liver function and bone health. Furthermore, it highlighted how the test results contribute to laboratory diagnosis and the monitoring of medical conditions.
This activity aims to enhance students' proficiency in performing clinical chemistry tests and to strengthen their practical laboratory experience.
