In implementation of the curriculum prepared by the Deanship of the College of Education, the English Language Department, in cooperation with the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Department, held a seminar entitled:
"Exploring the Aspects of English Poetry: Forms, Elements, and Analytical Techniques" at exactly ten o'clock in the morning on Monday, October 28, 2024, in which the following professors participated:
1- Asst. Lect. Jaleel Jumaa Marih - Chairman.
2- Asst. Lect. Fahad Wali Shiyal - Lecturer.
3- Asst. Lect. Alaa Raheem Farhan - Rapporteur.
The symposium touched on the historical stages that English poetry went through, and the most important factors and circumstances that affected it, in addition of reviewing its purposes, and how to analyze its poems using the tools of poetic purposes.
