The seminar addressed the concept of individuals' social relations in the workplace environment. It highlighted that social interaction is one of the fundamental elements that significantly impact the life of both the individual and society. Through social interaction, strong and fruitful relationships are built among individuals, contributing to the development of effective communication and the exchange of information and ideas. Furthermore, this type of interaction fosters trust and a sense of belonging to society, while actively reinforcing the values and customs that define its identity.
