The Role of Students In Combating Illegal Immigration
In order to enhance the principle of cooperation between our university, official institutions and civil society, and in implementation of the curriculum approved by the university presidency, the College of Science, in cooperation with the Ministry of Migration and Displacement, and the Department of Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance, held a scientific and educational seminar for first-stage students - morning studies entitled (The role of the student in combating illegal immigration), at exactly 1:30 pm on Tuesday, 24/12/2024, in which the following participated:
1- - Asst. Lect. Younis Shuail - Chairman.
2- Mr. Ali Abdul-Kadhim - Director of the Department of Migration and Displacement in the Governorate - Lecturer.
3- Asst. Lect. Ameer Rahi Muhaimid - Rapporteur.
The symposium addressed the dangers of illegal immigration and the legal consequences it faces, as well as its political, economic and social impacts, and the role of students in combating it, and that they represent an influential element in society, by identifying the type and contributions of programs, strategies, tools and roles of the social planner that help to succeed in reducing illegal immigration.
