The workshop introduced breast cancer awareness, emphasizing the crucial importance of early detection, identifying key risk factors, and recognizing symptoms that require clinical attention. The session detailed primary screening methodologies, ranging from breast self-examinations and clinical assessments to mammographic imaging, while outlining recommended screening schedules based on age groups and offering preventive lifestyle recommendations.
The workshop concluded by stressing that early detection is a life-saving decision, encouraging female attendees to proactively undergo periodic screenings. Early detection during the initial stages significantly increases cure rates to over 95%, ensuring simpler and less invasive treatment options for patients.
