In implementation of the programme prepared by the Deanship of the College of Health and Medical Technologies, the Continuing Education Unit organised a training course entitled “Final Examination Procedures: Instructions, Forms, and Electronic Systems” on Saturday and Sunday, 13–14 December 2025.
The course featured the participation of the following lecturers and organiser:

On the first day, the course addressed ministerial laws and instructions and their importance, as well as the correct procedures for implementing them and avoiding errors when manually transferring and recording grades. It also covered proper examination hall invigilation procedures and the responsibilities of both examination hall supervisors and invigilators.
On the second day, participants were introduced to the procedures for entering the names of students carrying over courses into each academic stage and manually recording grades in the paper-based master sheet. The sessions also explained how to record relevant remarks for each student, including visiting-student status, absence, dismissal, failure, and other cases, in order to prevent errors such as erasures and overwriting.
The course concluded with open questions and discussions involving teaching staff from all departments of the College of Health and Medical Technologies. The course aimed to minimise potential future errors in examination procedures and in the handling of both electronic and paper-based records.
