The workshop addressed the physiological mechanisms underlying myopia (nearsightedness) and hyperopia (farsightedness), as well as the underlying scientific causes of these refractive errors. Additionally, the session explored non-surgical and non-corrective methods to address vision issues without relying on prescription eyeglasses.
