The technique's significance lies in its capacity to verify protein expression with high precision, making it an indispensable tool in both research and clinical diagnostics. The presentation highlighted that the procedure relies on separating proteins by molecular weight, followed by detection using specific antibodies. Widely utilized in diagnosing conditions such as Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and Lyme disease, Western Blotting remains a gold standard in laboratories worldwide for identifying target proteins.
