The seminar addressed the various types of radiation, exposure pathways, and corresponding protection protocols. Its primary objective was to raise awareness regarding radiation classification and its long-term health consequences—including genetic mutations, carcinogenic risks, biological damages, and deterministic effects. Furthermore, the sessions provided targeted guidance for radiation workers, emphasizing the strict application of the ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) principle as a fundamental safety standard for all personnel in the radiological field.
