The scientific seminar addressed the concept of artificial intelligence as a modern strategic tool that contributes to developing administrative processes within healthcare institutions through the use of intelligent technologies to analyze health and administrative data, support evidence-based decision-making, and automate routine procedures related to patient and resource management. The seminar emphasized that integrating artificial intelligence into healthcare administration is no longer a luxury or optional choice, but rather an organizational necessity driven by the rapidly evolving and changing nature of the healthcare sector, ensuring operational efficiency, service quality, and sustainability.
The seminar also highlighted practical applications of artificial intelligence in healthcare work environments, including medical human resources management, staff scheduling, analysis of clinical and administrative performance indicators, risk management and patient safety, as well as supporting strategic planning and efficient resource allocation. It noted that the optimal use of these technologies contributes to reducing waste, improving response times to emergency situations, and strengthening governance and transparency, thereby positively impacting the quality of healthcare and patient satisfaction.
