Under the patronage of Dr. Mudhir Abdullah Al-Dhalimi, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Prof. Dr. Aqeel Sarhan, President of Sawa University, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Hassan Rahim Khudr, Dean of the College of Health and Medical Technologies, the Department of Health Administration at the College of Health and Medical Technologies organized a scientific seminar entitled:
“Improving the Quality of Healthcare Services from an Administrative Perspective.”

The seminar addressed the topic of improving the quality of healthcare services from an administrative perspective, focusing on the pivotal role of health administration in developing the performance of healthcare institutions and enhancing the quality of services provided to patients.
The seminar also discussed the importance of effective planning, organization, and supervision, as well as the adoption of modern administrative approaches that contribute to improving performance efficiency and achieving the optimal use of available resources.
The seminar further emphasized the importance of implementing comprehensive quality standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within healthcare institutions. It also highlighted the need to develop the skills of administrative and healthcare staff in ways that positively contribute to the quality of healthcare provided to the community.
At the conclusion of the seminar, the participants emphasized the necessity of adopting modern administrative strategies that support data-driven decision-making, thereby contributing to achieving higher quality and greater efficiency in healthcare services.
